Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available through APKModex infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, you may send a copyright notice through our Contact Us page.
Information to include in a notice
- Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or enough information for us to locate the material at issue.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and response
We may request additional information when a notice is incomplete. When appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to material while a claim is reviewed and may notify the party responsible for the affected content.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. Because copyright procedures can have legal consequences, consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, we may restrict users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material.
